We have a quality control manual. All the inputs i.e. Scrap, Ferro Alloys, Refractories, Foundry material are purchased from Authorized Dealers / Reliable Sources / Manufacturer. The inward material is properly checked as per the standard and stocked & stored properly. For the manufacture of casting patterns are properly inspected. Sand is used after testing.
Methodizing is done after studying cooling and solidification curve. The process is again checked for formation of cavities. Moulding, core setting and box closing is done under strict supervision of our qualified personnel.
