We source these items from industrialized economies and ensure 100% inspection at the time of loading of each container. We have trained man power who can distinguish each item visually & thoroughly. All these items are segregated and sold as per relevant ISRI codes.
However, we prefer to have clarification on quality of these items with our customers prior to order finalization.
Tense – Mixed aluminium Casting
Shall consist of all clean aluminium castings which may contain automobile, aeroplane castings but no ingots and to be free from iron, brass, dirt and other non-metallic items. This material may also consist auto parts, radiators and other soft material. The sourcing of this material is from industrialized economies.
Tread - Segregated new aluminium castings and extrusions.
Shall consist of new, clean, un-coated aluminium castings, forgings and extrusions. This material should be free from stainless steel, zinc, iron, dirt, oil, grease and other non-metallic items. The sourcing of this material is from industrialized economies.
Taint / Tabor - cleaned mixed old alloy sheet aluminium.
Shall consist of clean, old alloy aluminum sheet of two or more alloys. Free from oil, venetian blinds, castings, screen wire, food or beverage containers, radiator shells, aeroplane sheet, bottle caps, plastic, dirt and other non-metallics. Oil and grease not to total more than 1%.
Mixed Aluminium scrap
DS Metals sources mixed aluminium scrap comprising mixture of various grades of aluminium scrap like castings, extrusions, taint/tabor, alloy wheels, utensils, etc. loaded in a container. Precaution is taken for non-metallics, however, iron content as attachment does not exceed 3 – 5%. Such containers are bought from small suppliers in African continent so as to clear their inventory and provide them with easy cash flow. This material is sold to the buyers who understand such quality. Necessary details can be provided to customers at the time of order confirmation.
